Job summary

Burger King® Assistant Manager position partnered with the Restaurant General Manager to drive performance, guest satisfaction, and strong financial results. You’ll lead shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and safety are maintained daily.

You’ll also support profitability and guest experience while developing the team and modeling hands‑on leadership. This is a hands‑on role with clear growth potential within the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast‑paced environments
• People‑first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions
• Commitment to guest experience, BK® standards, and ongoing learning and growth

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests with energy and keeping the team motivated to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and growth.
• Lead strong operations by upholding BK® brand standards, encouraging ideas, removing roadblocks, and modeling hands‑on leadership.
