Job summary

Carrols Corporation operates Burger King restaurants and is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead team members on shift, ensure food quality, fast service, cleanliness, and safety, and coach staff to perform at their best.

You will work under the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, taking ownership of shift execution and driving results through communication, attention to detail, and leading by example.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts.
• Commitment to great guest experiences, BK standards, and learning new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback, supporting development, and keeping everyone energized during the shift.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan, upholding BK standards, directing workflow, and stepping in wherever needed.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, helping manage inventory, and receiving truck orders.
