Carrols Corporation is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator for Burger King® operations in Greenville, AL. You will lead Team Members on assigned shifts to ensure quality, speed, cleanliness, and safety, coaching in the moment and driving exceptional guest experiences.

Under the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, you’ll execute shift plans, communicate effectively, and model leadership. This entry-level leadership role offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.
