Accurate Paper Box in Knoxville, TN is seeking an experienced sheet-fed offset pressman to run high-end folding carton work. This role requires strong color management, fast makereadies, and the ability to maintain quality at peak speeds.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years operating sheet-fed presses, expertise with multiple color and coating applications, and proven leadership to drive throughput, reduce waste, and mentor a press crew.
