Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years operating a sheeter in folding carton manufacturing.
• Proven ability to run at high speeds with minimal waste.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read job tickets and production schedules independently.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and team accountability.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot high-speed paperboard sheeters.
• Maintain tight sheet size tolerances and board quality standards.
• Monitor grain direction, caliper consistency, and sheet accuracy.
• Drive maximum throughput while maintaining low spoilage rates.
• Identify and correct mechanical or quality issues proactively.
• Coordinate with pressroom scheduling to ensure material readiness.
• Lead assistants and enforce high performance standards.
• Maintain accurate production reporting.
