Qualifications

• 3+ years as Lead Sheetfed Operator in packaging/printing preferred.
• Ability to pass a color test and understand color workflows.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to perform basic maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Set up offset press per job ticket: substrate, ink, and plate specs.
• Operate sheetfed press safely and finish products per specs.
• Perform quality checks and inspect products for defects.
