Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC seeks a Structures Lead – Sheet Metal Technician to oversee fabrication, installation and repair of sheet metal systems and light structural work across base facilities. You will lead technicians, interpret blueprints, coordinate with HVAC, carpentry, electrical trades, perform inspections, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least 5 years in sheet metal work, strong leadership, and the ability to document maintenance

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Minimum 5 years in sheet metal fabrication/installation.
• Experience supervising sheet metal or structural maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead fabrication, installation, modification, and repair of sheet metal systems.
• Assign tasks and supervise technicians for quality work.
• Coordinate with HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and structures trades.
• Inspect completed work for compliance with standards and codes.
• Maintain maintenance records in CMMS and contract systems.
