Job summary

gpac seeks an experienced Sheet Metal Install General Foreman to lead a crew on multiple active job sites. The role requires strong MIG/TIG welding skills, CAD familiarity, and the ability to read and apply blueprints within project timelines.

You will supervise 1–10 field personnel, coordinate with project management, and ensure work aligns with specifications. A valid driver’s license and willingness to join the ID union are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sheet metal production experience with welding (MIG and TIG)
• Ability to interpret blueprints and ensure work aligns with project schedules and specs
• Oversee sheet metal construction crew (1–10 field personnel) across active job sites
• 4+ years sheet metal apprenticeship completed
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Willingness to join the union in ID
