Qualifications

• Eight years in commercial/industrial plumbing, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects for a large contractor.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and plumbing diagrams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily sheet metal crews across multiple job sites.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure proper installation.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to maintain workflow.
• Schedule manpower, tools, and materials to meet deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality.
• Mentor and train apprentices and journeyman plumbers.
• Report progress, delays, and field issues to Plumbing Superintendent.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
