TechDigital Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce and nCino professional for a hybrid role to design, develop, configure, and integrate enterprise lending solutions on the Salesforce platform. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with nCino, Salesforce configuration and development, Lightning Components, and strong knowledge of Commercial Lending processes.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, develop, and support nCino/ Salesforce solutions.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into scalable Salesforce/nCino designs.
Configure nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, and Portfolio Management.
Develop Salesforce configurations: objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, flows, and security.
Build and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce where applicable.
Design integrations between Salesforce/nCino and external systems via REST/SOAP.
Map, migrate, and ensure data quality across systems.
Create reports, dashboards, and UI enhancements to boost productivity.

Overview

Candidate should have 8+ years of strong SFDC and nCino hands-on development experience and expertise in designing, developing, and implementing secure and scalable critical business solutions in Salesforce CRM. Work with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders in gathering requirements and driving the team to implement the technical solutions.

This hybrid work model role seeks experienced Salesforce and nCino professionals to support the design, development, configuration, integration, and administration of enterprise lending solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with nCino, Salesforce Configuration, Development & Customization, Lightning Components, and Integrations, along with a strong understanding of Financial Services and Commercial Lending processes. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support business growth and digital transformation initiatives. Should be taking Lead on the solutions proposed and should have end-to-end knowledge of application.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, configure, develop, implement, and support solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System built on Salesforce.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce and nCino solutions.
Configure and customize nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement, and Portfolio Management.
Perform Salesforce configuration activities including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and security setup.
Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce where applicable.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce/nCino and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Perform data mapping, migration, transformation, and data quality activities across integrated systems.
Develop reports, dashboards, and user interface enhancements to improve business productivity and user experience.
Create and maintain technical design documents, configuration workbooks, integration specifications, and release documentation.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino best practices, security standards, and governance processes.
Support CI/CD deployment activities, release management, and production support.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely root cause analysis and resolution.
Should be able to propose the solutions and should have understanding of end-to-end application.

Required Experience

2 to 15+ years of Salesforce experience depending on role level.
Hands-on experience in Salesforce Configuration, Customization, Lightning Development, and Integrations.
Experience working with the nCino platform and lending solutions.
Experience in Banking, Commercial Lending, or Financial Services environments is preferred.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC practices.
