• Sketch set plans using hand-rendering or computer software.
• Lead student and parent volunteers in construction and set painting.

Responsibilities

• Sketch out set plans, using hand-rendering or computer software.
• Write a proposal for materials and cost for production of the set by the first week of rehearsal.
• Work with director(s) to select furniture, wall coverings, floor coverings, and large props.
• Lead volunteers in construction and set painting.
• Ensure the stage is set up before production in coordination with the director(s).
• Analyze stage entrances and exits to ensure proper set placement.
• Attend at least 5 rehearsals to ensure proper use of the set.
• Oversee set breakdown and disposal after use with volunteers.
