Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Senior Service Technician in Conyers, GA, to lead a maintenance team, diagnose problems, and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances. The role requires on-call duties and strong maintenance leadership.

Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and readiness to commute within 30 minutes of the property. EPA/CFC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active and valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred
• One-year certificate, 2-4+ years of related experience, or equivalent education
• Ability to lead, work fast, and operate without constant

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor the team in diagnosing problems and completing repairs
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances
• Be accountable for a 24-hour on-call schedule, including personal availability for emergencies such as snow, ice, or urgent site issues
• Manage and organize inventory of all maintenance materials
• Establish and drive schedules - on-call coverage, preventive maintenance, make-readies, and daily work orders
• Conduct regular inspections of community buildings and vacant units
• Execute tasks assigned by the Service Manager with urgency and accountability
