Job summary

Strata Worldwide LLC seeks a Service Technician to install, service, and maintain collision avoidance camera systems on mobile machinery at marine terminals, mining sites, and construction sites. The technician will lead installation teams and provide technical support, with strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

The role involves hands-on installation, system commissioning, and ongoing maintenance and support for SafeSITE systems across diverse environments, with travel about 75%

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of camera systems and electrical wiring.
• Knowledge of power requirements, including power draw, voltage, and wiring configurations.
• Experience with mobile machinery in marine terminals, mining sites, or construction environments.
• Knowledge of basic TCP/IP networking is preferred but not essential.
• Experience leading small teams during installation projects.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission collision avoidance camera systems on various types of mobile machinery.
• Lead installation teams during project deployments at customer sites.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for camera systems.
• Ensure proper wiring and electrical requirements are met during installations.
• Conduct inspections and repairs of the installed systems as needed.
• Work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide product training when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional service.
• Provide post-installation troubleshooting support as needed.
