Strata Worldwide seeks a Service Technician to install, service, and maintain collision avoidance camera systems on mobile machinery at marine terminals, mining sites, and construction sites.

You will work closely with customers to deliver professional service, lead an installation team, and provide technical support and training while traveling up to 75% of the time. The role is non-exempt and full-time.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of camera systems and electrical gear.
• Strong knowledge of power requirements, wiring configurations and electrical safety.
• Experience with mobile machinery in marine terminals, mining or construction environments.
• TCP/IP networking and Wi‑Fi basics preferred.
• Experience leading small installation teams is a plus.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Install and commission collision avoidance camera systems on varied mobile machinery.
• Lead installation teams during project deployments at customer sites.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance for camera systems.
• Ensure proper wiring and electrical requirements during installations.
• Conduct inspections and repairs of installed systems as needed.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure needs are met and provide product training.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with professional service.
• Provide post-installation troubleshooting support as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
