Job summary

Titan Machinery in Wisconsin is seeking a Case IH/CE Lead Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy diesel equipment, while mentoring a team of diesel mechanics. You will travel to customer sites and Titan locations, ensuring precise documentation and clear communication of issues and solutions.

Stay current with technical training to improve service quality, address customer needs, and help drive sales within a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' of Service Technician/Diesel Mechanic experience or related military experience.
• Ability to travel to customer locations, Titan locations, and offsite training facilities.
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.
• Exceptional Documentation and Communication Abilities.
• Must have your own tools, or the ability to acquire them prior to starting.
