Titan Machinery is seeking a Case IH Diesel Mechanic in Lexington, Nebraska to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel machinery. You will work with the service team to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely customer communication.

The role emphasizes hands-on mechanical work, safety compliance, and ongoing training to stay current with equipment technology and service practices at Titan Machinery.

Qualifications

Join the Titan Machinery team as a Case IH Diesel Mechanic and leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional service for diesel machinery diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise: Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications, ensuring high-quality and efficient workmanship
• Documentation and Communication: Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers while providing timely and courteous service
• Technical Development and Customer Focus: Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities. Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and support department profitability
• Safety and Compliance:Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments
