Titan Machinery, Inc. in Marshall, MN is seeking a Lead Service Technician for Case IH/CE diesel equipment to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy machinery while guiding a team of mechanics.

You will perform top-tier diagnostics, communicate issues to customers and supervisors, and stay current with training. The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, willingness to travel to customer sites and Titan locations, and owning a set of tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' of Service Technician/Diesel Mechanic experience and/or related military experience.
• Ability to travel to customer locations, Titan locations, and offsite training facilities, as needed.
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.
• Exceptional Documentation and Communication Abilities.
• Must have your own tools, or the ability to acquire them prior to starting.
