Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in San Diego, CA is seeking a Lead Service Technician to train and support field technicians, calibrate beverage equipment, and troubleshoot issues on-site. This role communicates with customers and teams to resolve discrepancies in orders and invoices, with duties as assigned.

The position offers full-time hours, typical 730AM-4PM shifts, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and vacation.

Competenze

• High School Diploma/GED with 0 to 2 years of related experience
• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification preferred

Position Responsibilities:

• The Lead Service Technician is responsible for training service technicians, providing on-site technical support, calibrating equipment, and troubleshoot cold drink equipment issues
• The Lead Service Technician provides technical advice for customers, business partners and service technicians to provide expertise and provide on-site technical support to team members as needed
• You will also communicate discrepancies regarding open Purchase Orders and Disputed Invoice Tracking System to maintain an accurate parts inventory
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
