Job summary

Titan Machinery in Minnesota is seeking a Case IH/CE Lead Service Technician to diagnose diesel equipment, perform repairs, and maintain machinery while guiding a team of diesel mechanics. You will travel to customer sites and Titan locations, document findings clearly, mentor technicians, and help drive service quality and sales opportunities.

The role requires staying current with equipment knowledge, leading by example, and contributing to a safety-focused, high-performance service culture

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ service technician experience in diesel machinery or related military experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations, Titan locations, and offsite training facilities.
• Keen attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.
• Must have your own tools or the ability to acquire them prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic and Mechanical Repair Expertise: Lead by example with top-tier diagnostics, diesel repairs, and maintenance, ensuring high quality and efficiency while mentoring and enhancing team performance
• Documentation and Communication: Complete detailed documentation, clearly communicate issues and solutions to supervisors and customers, and utilize computer tools for task management
• Technical Support and Training: Stay current with technical knowledge, pursue relevant training, address customer complaints, and seize opportunities to improve service and drive sales

Qualifications

Required:
