Job summary

Church Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on residential/commercial systems in the Michiana area.

The role requires a Journeyman HVAC credential and 3+ years of hands-on experience, with a valid driver’s license. You’ll lead by example, service calls with care, and maintain customer satisfaction while handling parts inventory and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC experience.
• Journeyman HVAC certification or status.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and inspections on HVAC equipment.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring on HVAC equipment.
• Responsible for company work vehicle, parts inventory, and equipment assigned to the vehicle.
• Document all calls/jobs per company requirements.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing questions and concerns during service calls.
