Candidates must have five or more years of VW experience, Master Certified status, and a valid driver's license. You will coordinate parts, manage safety standards, and help advance dealer service operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Volkswagen experience.
• Master Certified.
• Valid Driver's License and MVR acceptable to insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains an effective dispatch system.
• Schedules shop work to maximise productivity.
• Prioritizes and controls all comebacks for proper attention.
• Reviews job status and reports time/cost estimates.
• Maintains repair logs and warranty procedures.
• Coordinates parts requirements with the parts department.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Supervises apprentice technicians as assigned.
