Job summary

1-Tom-Plumber is seeking a Lead Service Plumber to diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, present options with flat-rate pricing, and deliver exceptional customer service from arrival to job completion.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of residential service plumbing experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue while maintaining professional standards and safety. Company vehicle and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential service plumbing experience.
• Proven ability to consistently produce $40,000-$70,000+ in monthly service revenue.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with drain cleaning, leak detection, water heaters, sewer repairs, gas lines, fixture replacements, and general plumbing repairs.
• Comfortable presenting repair options and closing your own work.
• Experience using flat-rate pricing.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
