1-Tom-Plumber Virginia Beach is seeking an Experienced Service Plumber (Master or Journeyman Preferred) to join our fast-growing emergency plumbing team in Chesapeake, VA. You will diagnose and repair complex residential and commercial systems, respond to service calls and emergencies, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely lift equipment and perform physically demanding work.
• Preferred: Master Plumber and Journeyman Plumber licenses.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Respond to scheduled service calls and plumbing emergencies.

• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch throughout the workday.

• Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Represent 1-Tom-Plumber with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.

• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment to efficiently diagnose and complete repairs.
• Generate approximately $25,000 or more in monthly service revenue through quality workmanship, productivity, and outstanding customer service.

Compensation
