1-Tom-Plumber in Southern California is seeking an experienced Lead Service Plumber to deliver top‑tier plumbing service, lead field operations, and grow revenue. You will diagnose residential and commercial systems, present repair options with flat‑rate pricing, and ensure exceptional customer experiences from arrival to job completion.

California licensing and 5+ years of experience are preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential service plumbing experience.
• Ability to generate $40,000‑$70,000+ in monthly service revenue.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with drain cleaning, water heaters, sewer repairs, and gas lines.
• Comfortable presenting repair options and closing work.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Present customers with clear repair options using flat‑rate pricing.
• Perform thorough plumbing inspections to identify safety or maintenance concerns.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from arrival to job completion.
• Generate consistent revenue through honest recommendations and quality workmanship.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, including photos, notes, and invoices.
• Keep truck and equipment clean, organized, and ready for success.
