Job summary

Earthtone Construction in Sebastopol, CA seeks a hands-on Lead Service & Maintenance Technician to lead a two-person crew, supervise field work to our high standards, and coordinate daily tasks. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction, facilities, or building maintenance, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial systems, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishes.
• A reputation for calm, capable problem-solving and client trustworthiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a two-person Service & Maintenance crew.
• Work hands-on in the field meeting Earthtone’s standards.
• Plan and assign daily work, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Visit job sites, assess scope, and ensure every repair meets our exacting standards.
• Manage materials, schedules, and subcontractors with precision.
• Prepare estimates and proposals for new and recurring work.
• Strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities for continued service.
• Maintain accurate job records in our ERP and reporting systems.
• Uphold and model Earthtone’s commitment to craftsmanship, mindfulness, and sustainability.
