Job summary

Leadec Holding is seeking a Lead Srv Line Mgr Tech Clean in Automotive Paint, Industrial for our North American Operations site. The role provides leadership, guidance and knowledge to supervisors and their teams, ensuring safe, compliant operations and effective execution of the Leadec scope of work.

You will lead safety initiatives, drive PDCA, coordinate labor and equipment, and identify training needs to raise performance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Position: Lead Srv Line Mgr Tech Clean, Automotive Paint, Industrial

Job Type: On-site (100%)

Reports to: Facility Manager

Department: North American Operations

Position Purpose: Provide leadership, support and knowledge to supervisors and their respective teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.
• Works safely at all times.
• Ensure the safe operation of teams through regular communications, work observations and modeling a "Safety, is Your Life" mentality.
• Effectively manages the Leadec scope of work (SOW).
• Effectively communicates necessary information and status updates to manager.
• Incorporates "PDCA" (Plan, Do, Check, Act) mindset into regular routine.
• Focuses on labor, equipment, and tools allocation, best practice guidelines, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate supervisors and team leaders and recommend/deliver training to improve performance.
• Effectively communicates necessary information to management.
• Management of all required Leadec and customer reporting processes.
• Actively attends all required meetings.
• Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively.

Position Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in supervision or management is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an industrial environment preferred.

• Required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is moderate). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for 4 -12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; climb or balance; kneel, crawl, stoop, or crouch.
• Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment.
• Work is performed in an industrial-manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
