Leadec Industrial Services Inc. in Michigan is seeking an On-site Supervisor to support our North American Operations. You will work under the Lead Service Line Manager to supervise daily tasks, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvements in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of industrial experience and janitorial experience preferred.
• Experience in supervision or management is preferred.
• Ability to learn industry standards and best practices.
• Strong leadership skills and customer service mentality.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Position Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• One year of industrial experience and janitorial experience preferred
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of the job:

• Required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is high). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete and/ou steel surfaces for 4 -12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; stoop, or crouch in confined spaces. Required to push, pull 150lbs occasionally and lift or carry up to 30lbs often and up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment.
• Work is performed in an industrial-manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
