Job summary

Century Park Associates is seeking a Server to deliver dining services with a hospitality focus in a senior living environment. You will report to the Dining Services Director and lead training for new servers, while also handling standard server duties and ensuring smooth meal service.

The role emphasizes excellent resident relations, teamwork, and presenting meals with proper technique in a safe, clean dining area.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.
• Must enjoy serving seniors.
• Must demonstrate excellent customer service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Trains and guides new Servers according to Century Park standards.
• Assists with meal counts and tickets.
• Assists and ensures dining room setup with servers.
• Attends pre meal menu review meeting.
• Performs duties at assigned station and cleans and preps work areas.
• Greets residents and visitors, assists with food selection, and serves meals.
