Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Lead Software Test Development Engineer to drive end-to-end test software architecture and production deployment for server hardware in a large-scale manufacturing environment.

You will interface with hardware, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure software deliverables meet stringent standards across multiple regions and customers. This role requires strong coding, Linux expertise, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 5–8 years of software experience in manufacturing test development or sustaining.
• Experience with server hardware, validation, and configuration is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test systems and procedures for hardware validation in manufacturing.
• Create, validate, release, and maintain test software and scripts to automate testing.
• Support sustaining for L10/L11–L12 test software and infrastructure in production facilities.
• Maintain comprehensive test procedure documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
