Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Food Service teammate to provide warm, efficient service to residents and guests. You will take orders, communicate with the kitchen, and deliver meals while maintaining a clean dining environment.

No experience is required, but prior food service helps. Certifications like Serv Safe are preferred; strong multitasking and communication with diverse people are essential for success.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but prior Food Service experience is a plus.
• Serv Safe or other required local, county or state certifications.
• Ability to switch tasks quickly and handle multiple priorities.
• Pride in the quality and presentation of food and cleanliness of kitchen/dining areas.
• Patience and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities.

Responsibilities

• Take food orders and relay to kitchen; deliver to residents and guests promptly.
• Active bussing and resetting of tables.
• Deliver meals to residents' rooms as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dishes, and equipment.
• Assist in supervising servers and utility workers as needed.
