Job summary

Forefront is seeking a Lead Server to oversee dining service operations in a senior living/healthcare setting. You will guide culinary staff, ensure timely meal delivery, and maintain exceptional dining standards.

You will also assist with meal preparation, monitor dietary restrictions, and uphold safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance to create a warm, hospitality‑driven resident experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory dining roles within healthcare or senior living environments.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
• Ability to coordinate meal service across shifts and dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dining service operations, ensuring timely and accurate meal delivery.
• Provide direction and coaching to culinary staff during shifts.
• Coordinate dining room setup, tray line service and meal presentation.
• Monitor dietary restrictions and portion control per care plans.
• Deliver meals and maintain clean, inviting dining spaces.
• Communicate orders clearly to kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
