Job summary

Greenwood Village South in Greenwood, IN is hiring a Lead Server to join our Life Plan Community team. The role offers $17.50+ per hour and experience pay, with a shift differential and weekend rotation.

As a Lead Server, you will supervise dining room areas in the absence of supervisor, coordinate seating, schedule stations, record meal counts, and help train staff. We value compassionate care and customer service.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the Dining Room Supervisor/CDM, supervises the physical appearance of the dining room area and server stations including table pedestals, table place settings, chairs, floors, drapes and lighting.
• Coordinates the seating of the residents and guests in an efficient, courteous manner.
• Schedules stations and work assignments for the wait staff and check out servers to make sure standards are met.
• Records meal counts, reservations and additional charges.
• Confers with Dining Room Supervisor/CDM regarding dining room status.
