• Ability to supervise dining room operations in supervisor's absence.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dining room area and server stations in the absence of the Dining Room Supervisor/CDM.
• Coordinate seating of residents and guests efficiently and courteously.
• Schedule stations and work assignments for wait staff and servers; ensure standards are met.
• Record meal counts, reservations and additional charges.
• Consult with Dining Room Supervisor/CDM regarding dining room status.
