Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a team member to maintain cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas at Wellington at Hershey's Mill. You will perform general cleaning, prepare apartments for move-ins, and respond to resident needs with a positive, professional demeanor.

Role requires clear English communication and the ability to make independent decisions as situations arise, while providing friendly service to residents and coworkers.

Qualifications

• No experience? We will train you.
• You need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• You have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• You can maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.
