Qualifications

• Experience leading characterization and test coverage strategies.
• Knowledge of pre-silicon pattern requirements and DV deliveries.
• Experience with post-silicon issues and optimization.
• Familiarity with DFT features (ATPG, memory BIST, JTAG).

Responsibilities
