Job Details

• Location: The Cleveland Museum of Art - 11150 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: On call; days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior serving, leadership, and hospitality experience required.
• Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Takes and delivers food/drink orders while creating an enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests.

Responsibilities

1. Serve as the point person for work-related requests communicated to management.
2. Train and orient new associates to the company and client culture and operations.
3. Demonstrate understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
4. Address and correct any complaints or issues promptly.
5. Assist in employee selection, orientation, and training.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
