Job Opening: Lead Server

We are hiring immediately for on-call Lead Server positions at The Cleveland Museum of Art, located at 11150 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106. Online applications are accepted only.

Job Summary

The Lead Server takes and delivers food and drink orders, creating an enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the point person for work-related requests communicated to management.
• Train and acclimate new associates to the company and client culture, and oversee staff training.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
• Promptly address and resolve customer complaints or issues.
• Assist in employee selection, orientation, and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
