Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Napa Valley is seeking a detail‑oriented Lead Server to support Violetto and Salvia Terrace. The role entails leading by example, maintaining service standards, and acting as a resource for colleagues while continuing to serve guests in a luxury Forbes Five‑Star environment.

You will open or close the outlet when assigned, train new team members, and collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to ensure flawless service.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience required; luxury hotel, fine dining, or upscale restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• Lead by example and positively influence a service team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to established service standards.
• Must meet California food handler and responsible beverage service requirements.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Server responsibilities with an assigned section and provide personalized, attentive service.
• Lead by example and uphold Forbes Five-Star service standards across outlets.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation techniques, allergens, wine and beverages.
• Train and mentor new Food & Beverage colleagues and support a positive team environment.
• Open or close the outlet as needed and ensure all opening/closing procedures are completed.
