Job summary

Super Micro Computer, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Hardware Validation Engineer to lead validation efforts for next-generation server platforms.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance through rigorous testing and analysis. You will develop validation plans, design automated test frameworks, perform signal integrity and stress testing, analyze results, and document procedures for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in hardware validation.
• Experience in server or data center environments.
• Proficiency in test automation scripting.
• Familiarity with PCIe, DDR, NVMe, Ethernet standards.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation plans for server hardware.
• Design automated test frameworks to streamline validation.
• Perform signal integrity, stress and interoperability tests.
• Analyze results and collaborate with design/firmware teams.
