Job summary

Sage Restaurant Group in Houston is seeking a guest-focused server to ensure smooth service across shifts. You will set up and maintain service areas, guide junior staff, and greet guests according to SRG standards.

Responsibilities include table settings, adherence to checklists, guest assistance, and coordinating with management when needed to uphold brand promises in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of customer service principles, food service function, and restaurant and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Full set up and tear down of each service.
• Lead and guide fellow servers to be the best.
• Keep station neat and clean while servicing guest per established policies and procedures.
• Able to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Set tables in assigned area correctly and uniformly.
• Follow opening/closing checklist and on-going side work for maximum efficiency.
• Assist guests; act as supervisor when needed to facilitate guest needs.
