Qualifications

• Previous lead server or supervisory experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, polished, attentive service to every guest.
• Share knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails to guide guests through their experience.
• Support and lead the front-of-house team for smooth daily operations and consistent service.
• Act as a liaison between servers, kitchen, and management for seamless communication.
• Assist in training new front-of-house staff and reinforce service standards.
• Monitor dining areas to ensure a positive guest experience and promptly resolve issues.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and communicate goals and specials to the team.
• Oversee table assignments, pacing, and timing to optimize service flow.
• Support the team by running food, resetting tables, and assisting during peak periods.
