Job summary

Sage Restaurant Group is recruiting for a role at C. Baldwin Houston. The position involves insuring SOPs and SRG standards are followed, acting as liaison between servers and management, and assisting with server programs and incentives.

Responsibilities include setup, leading servers, maintaining station cleanliness, and supporting staff across shifts while delivering on the brand promise in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of customer service principles, food service function, and restaurant and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Full set up and tear down of each service.
• Lead and guide fellow servers to be the best.
• Keep station neat and clean while servicing guest per established policies and procedures.
• Able to work flexible shifts to consist of mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekend and holidays.
• Set tables in assigned area correctly and uniformly.
• Follow all opening/closing checklist and on-going side work to insure maximum efficiency.

• Assist guests; act as supervisor when needed in order to facilitate guest needs in the moment.
• Be vocal in pre shifts and throughout the shifts helping other staff members stay on point, educated and delivering on our brand promise.
