Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Lead Server to provide prompt food and beverage service to residents and guests in a warm, courteous manner. You will communicate orders to the kitchen, deliver meals, and help maintain dining areas with a focus on cleanliness and presentation.

The role requires lead-server experience, Serv Safe certification, and the ability to multitask while maintaining high standards of service and patient communication.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as Lead Server or Server.
• Serv Safe or other required local, county or state certifications.
• Ability to switch tasks quickly and often.
• Take pride in the quality and presentation of food and the cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
• Have a generous amount of patience and communicate effectively with many personalities.

Responsibilities

• Accept food orders, communicate to kitchen and deliver food and beverage to residents and/or guests in a timely manner.
• Actively buss and reset tables.
• Deliver food to residents’ rooms as needed.
• Maintain clean and sanitary condition of work areas, dishware, and equipment.
• Manage servers and utility workers as needed.
