Position Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to‑day service operations within specified areas of Dining Services. The Lead Server helps to guarantee the highest quality program for the residents. Supporting our front‑line team in providing exceptional service.

Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities

• Lead associates in providing the highest quality food and services for all residents and dining guests.
• Ensure the dining room is sanitary, organized, and fully stocked at all

• Provide training to new staff in fine‑dining principles, service etiquette, and other dining services.
