Job summary

Touchmark on West Century in Bismarck, ND is seeking caring servers for our Dining Services team. Join a leading full-service retirement community and help create a warm, inviting dining experience for residents and guests.

You will greet residents by name, take meal orders, answer questions, and serve meals and beverages while maintaining a clean dining room. Opportunities exist for special events service and growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Willing to work occasional weekends and holidays
• Able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and stay on your feet for long periods
• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff, and visitors

Responsibilities

As a Server in our dining room, you will enrich lives every day by creating a friendly and inviting dining experience for Touchmark residents and guests. Your duties will include such tasks as greeting residents by name, taking meal orders and answering questions about the menu, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring that the dining room is clean, attractive, and operating smoothly. You may also serve during special events and catered functions that take place at our community.
