Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. is seeking a dining services leader for its Marco Island location. The role focuses on training and mentoring dining staff, while ensuring smooth back-of-house and front-of-house operations and maintaining high resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has prior waitstaff supervisory experience, knowledge of dining etiquette and sanitation, and strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2 years of waitperson experience in a full-service restaurant (preferred).
• Knowledge of proper dining room etiquette and food sanitation and safety.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate with others.
• Outstanding customer service experience.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
