Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a restaurant/food service supervisor to lead a team in a senior living setting. The role emphasizes scheduling, staff development, and delivering excellent resident experiences at our Florida location.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, strong training skills, and proficiency with Word/Excel and online systems while maintaining outstanding communication with residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 1 year supervisory experience in the restaurant/food industry.
• Knowledge of scheduling and training staff.
• Proven leader with team-building abilities.
