Job summary

TT Exchange Rates is looking for a Manager, Sensory & Consumer Science in Princeton, New Jersey. In this role, you will develop and execute sensory testing methodologies for flavors and functional ingredients across food and beverage categories. You'll also conduct sensory evaluations, analyze data, and guide teams on sensory best practices.

With a BS in Food Science and 3-5 years of experience in sensory training, you will manage sensory panels, support R&D, and ensure alignment with global standards. The position offers comprehensive health coverage, a 401(k) plan, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in Sensory and panelist training.
• 1-2 years managing sensory projects from beginning to end.
• Competency in different Affective, Discrimination, and Descriptive sensory test methods.

Responsibilities

• Support the R&D team with sensory science competence implementation.
• Manage sensory panels and support training efforts.
