Job summary

Eurofins USA Food Testing is seeking a Sensory Research Manager to lead all sensory studies, coordinate with internal teams, and drive client satisfaction. You will design studies, manage projects, and mentor panelists to deliver reliable data and insights.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on balancing client needs and team performance to deliver impactful results.

Qualifications

• BS in Food Science, Biology, Cosmetic Science, Psychology, Marketing or related field with at least 5 years of industry experience.
• Strong sensory science expertise, including experience in technical product testing and descriptive panels.
• Minimum 5 years of higher education with knowledge in market research and/or sensory research.
• Knowledge of food and/or cosmetic products, quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodologies, sensory methodologies, and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Act as Key Account Manager for select clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead and design sensory research studies aligned with client objectives and manage complex projects.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities and presenting tailored solutions to clients.
• Mentor and influence sensory panelists to uphold data quality and engagement.
• Prepare reports with clear storytelling and actionable recommendations.
