Job summary

Whisler, Inc. is seeking a Lead / Senior Engineer to become the founding technical member of a newly formed People Technology team.

This role is not a traditional management position and will be the initial technical owner of HR-focused applications, working directly with HR leadership while remaining hands-on with the code. You’ll own the technical direction and roadmap across multiple applications, assess modernization needs, and partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and HR

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack engineering background with hands-on coding.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and influencing architecture.
• Experience with HR systems, HRIS/ATS platforms or enterprise integrations is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously with ownership and accountability.
